What a Diaspora-tier care plan looks like
- Monthly in-residence visit by the named physician with a one-page written update sent to your WhatsApp the same day
- Quarterly nurse visit for vital-sign and medication checks between physician visits
- Continuous WhatsApp access during Abuja working hours; out-of-hours line for clinical urgency
- Annual comprehensive workup with imaging and blood panel coordinated at the clinic and Brookfield

Settlement
The Diaspora tier is settled annually in GBP from a UK card or transfer. The same agreement covers a single named parent or a household; pricing does not change with the number of parents on the file.
If something goes wrong
If admission is needed, the practice coordinates the transfer to Brookfield Clinics (the twenty-seven-bed multi-specialty hospital six hundred metres from the office) and posts a clinical update to the family WhatsApp before you have finished the phone call you were on when you read the first message.
